My Corporate work stems from the seemingly relentless pressure on teams to continually achieve and out perform any previous successes. Coaching during times of transition and challenge is critical to maintain optimum performance and recognise how culture, stress and beliefs of those at the top filter down and impacts the team/company as a whole
Typical problem areas:
- Team Cohesion
- Team Development
- Staff retention
- Absence through sickness
- ‘Fear’-based culture
- The work/life balance conundrum
- Clarity of Roles & Responsibilities
I run Group Coaching sessions where the environment is safe, positive and respectful with each delegate having a voice. By adhering strictly to my “no Interruption, total respect at all times’ rules and giving the time and space, a strong dynamic team will surely emerge.
I also work on a one-to-one basis for team members who need to voice concerns over other business or private life issues which are having an impact on their performance.
Staff retention figures improve greatly, a noticeable change in energy of the work place and also the work life balance issue dissipates somewhat as staff members are genuinely happier in their environment feeling appreciated and heard.
“People rarely succeed unless they are having fun in what they are doing.”
